Abstract
INTRODUCCIÓN. Los trastornos del hombro son una disfunción común, opinándose que la escápula es un factor contribuyente. Dados sus importantes roles para la buena función del brazo y la eficacia de la mano, es necesario evaluar su posición y su movimiento. Se opina que a nivel clínico su evaluación no es habitual, debido a que no hay métodos simples y fiables. Incluso en los diferentes estudios, esta cuantificación no está exenta de controversias.
OBJETIVOS. Analizar la fiabilidad intraobservador e interobservador del procedimiento. Comprobar las eventuales asimetrías y si atendiendo a diferentes aspectos, hay diferencias clínicamente significativas.
MATERIAL Y MÉTODO. La muestra la formaron 153 sujetos con una media de edad de 28.6 años. Tras la inspección física, se les ha marcado unos puntos de referencia anatómicos preestablecidos y se les ha realizado tres fotografías. Este procedimiento se ha repetido tres veces.
