dc.description.abstractEn este trabajo se estudian las prácticas de las principales redes que agrupan a medios comunitarios, alternativos y populares de Argentina. Desde una perspectiva teórica socio-histórica se abordan las prácticas sociales en relación a las condiciones donde fueron producidas. En función del enfoque teórico-metodológico propuesto, se caracterizan cinco redes de medios. Se analizan sus prácticas y estrategias; se identifican cuáles son las condiciones económicas, políticas y legales en las que estas entidades producen sus prácticas. Finalmente, se ponen en relación las prácticas con sus condiciones de producción y el lugar social de los agentes que las producen.es
dc.description.abstractThis paper study the practices of different national networks of community, alternative and popular media in Argentina in the period included between March 2010, when the Law on Audiovisual Communication Services entered into force, and December 2015, when key aspects of that law were modified by decrees of necessity and urgency. A socio-historical theoretical perspective it is assumed, addressing social practices in relation to the conditions where they were produced and to the properties that define the differenciated capacities of action of the agents. Depending on the proposed theoretical approach, the five following network of media are selected and described: Espacio Abierto de Televisoras Populares, Alternativas y Communitarias; FARCO; RNMA; AMARC and the Red Colmena. Then their practices and strategies for the democratization of commmunication are analized, while identificating the economic and legal conditions and the policies in which these entities produce their practices within the period in analysis. Finally, practices are linked with their conditions of production and with the social place of the agents that produce them in order to highlight what are the properties that define its position of relative power.es
