dc.description.abstract | In the search for an efficient architecture, the passive strategies, which allow us to take advantage, thanks to the previous analysis of the different building conditions characteristic of each place, the different Strengths and weaknesses of a project. "The three fundamental principles to think a home in line with the limited resources of the planet are: guidance and passive use, cross ventilation and sunlight "(Montaner, Muxí, 2006). The bioclimatic or ecologically conscious architecture is not so much the result of an application of special technologies, but rather use and adapt environmental conditions from the start of the project until the use by its inhabitants, going through the construction of the building. Posing these Passive Strategies in a real environment, with an own identity, materializing them through different own projects, and testing their level of sustainability and, by providing analysis tools for other enclaves, is the objective of this communication. | es |
