dc.description.abstractLa comunicación trata de profundizar sobre la costumbre que se dio en tiempos de Inocencio III en Módena y otras ciudades de Italia, y de la que no hay apenas rastro en derecho medieval castellano relativa a que cuando algún casado, antes de realizar la cópula conyugal, se desposaba y copulaba con otra mujer; se le adjudicaba como esposa la segunda mujer con quien copuló y no la primera con la que solo se había casado.es
