El nuevo concepto jurídico de paisaje: nuevas oportunidades para su defensa

Este trabajo abre la puerta a la consideración del paisaje como bien jurídico de relevancia ambiental en la elaboración de normas y de instrumentos de planificación para así ganar eficacia de la norma ambiental. Su realización se enmarca dentro del interés despertado por la Ratificación por España en 2007 del Convenio Europeo del Paisaje, que dio lugar a un nuevo interés por esta temática a nivel multidisciplinar, si bien el enfoque jurídico aún no había sido abordado.

Description

This work opens the door to the consideration of landscape as a legal asset of environmental relevance in the drafting of regulations and planning instruments in order to increase the effectiveness of environmental regulations. It is part of the interest aroused by Spain's ratification of the European Landscape Convention in 2007, which gave rise to a new interest in this subject at a multidisciplinary level, although the legal approach had not yet been addressed.
