Estudios Previos del Estado Actual en Edificación Patrimonial

Abstract

Para la intervención en un edificio singular de nuestro patrimonio, se hace imprescindible conocer el estado actual del mismo, mediante un profundo y acertado diagnóstico de las patologías, que presenten, como herramienta básica para la redacción del proyecto de restauración. A continuación, se expone la metodología a seguir para realizar dicha inspección, con un claro objetivo: plantear las correspondientes recomendaciones de actuación al proyectista, en función de los resultados obtenidos, para garantizar la integridad del edificio.

For the intervention in a singular building of our heritage, it is essential to know the current state of it, through a deep and accurate diagnosis of the pathologies that it presents, as a basic tool for the writing of the restoration project. The following is the methodology to be followed to carry out this inspection, with a clear objective: to propose the corresponding recommendations for action to the designer, based on the results obtained, to guarantee the integrity of the building.
