Driven by the joint efforts of academia and business practice, social innovation is intricately linked to other significant organizational processes, including leadership, entrepreneurship, Social Responsibility practices, open innovation, crowdsourcing, the collaborative economy, and, more recently, sustainability processes. Our collective interest in understanding such a transformative process for society drives us. Based on the above, this manual includes the fundamental elements that will allow the configuration of a notion of the concept of social innovation and the identification of the main tools for its implementation.
