El tema que se va a tratar en este trabajo es la idea de plantear una nueva
idea de negocio, que al menos en España, no es nada común y no se ha visto.
Trata básicamente de combinar dos conceptos entre los que hay mucha
conexión, como son deporte y buena alimentación, haciendo un gimnasio que
disponga de un habitáculo dentro del recinto, donde se pueda proporcionar a
los clientes comida saludable.
La justificación de elección del tema es muy sencilla, y es que la sociedad
cada vez se preocupa más por su estado físico y da más importancia a
“encontrarse en buena forma”. Se ha producido un cambio en la mentalidad, ya
que el llevar un estilo de vida saludable se concibe cada vez más como un
nuevo concepto de estilo de vida, en la que es necesario no solamente hacer
deporte con cierta frecuencia, sino también seguir una alimentación o dieta
acorde que ayude a con seguir los objetivos de cada persona. Por ello, y ante
la ausencia de una propuesta similar que combine ambos conceptos, se ha
pensado que sería una buena idea crear un gimnasio que cuente con su
espacio para hacer ejercicio físico (como todos) pero que también pueda
ofrecer a sus clientes comida saludable y diversas opciones de dietas. Esta
“zona de hostelería o restauración” contará con mesas, para poder disfrutar de
la comida allí, o también con la opción de recogida para poder comer en casa o
en el trabajo. De esta forma, también se complementa a cierto sector de la
sociedad, que cada vez se está viendo más, y es aquel que cada vez cuenta
con menos tiempo libre, por la infinidad de tareas y compromisos que tienen a
lo largo del día, y quieren una solución rápida. La época actual se mide por
momentos, la gente quiere las cosas y las quiere ya, sin esperas, sin perder
tiempo, entonces con nuestra propuesta satisfacemos también esa posible
necesidad que demanda del cliente. Se ha decidido que su ubicación va a ser el paseo de los rosales, en Molina
de Segura. El primer motivo, es obvio, se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, y un amplio espacio donde poder ubicar toda la infraestructura.
Para finalizar nuestra justificación, se ha considerado que el sector del
gimnasio y la vida saludable está en expansión. En los últimos años se ha
producido un gran aumento de la demanda, a excepción del año de pandemia,
donde tuvieron que cerrar. Pero a pesar de ello, se ha recuperado e incluso ha
aumentado el número de seguidores, a diferencia de otros sectores después de
superar la pandemia. Además, es un sector que no entiende de edades, a
excepción de los más pequeños, podríamos decir que el mercado va desde los
16 años hasta los 75 años. Por lo tanto, se tienen muchos nichos de mercado
por cubrir, lo que hace pensar que se trata de un negocio rentable.

offer their customers healthy food and various diet options. This

the food there, or also with the pick-up option to be able to eat at home or
at work. In this way, it also complements a certain sector of the
society, which is being seen more and more, and is the one that increasingly counts
with less free time, due to the infinity of tasks and commitments that they have to
throughout the day, and they want a quick solution. The current era is measured by
moments, people want things and they want them now, without waiting, without losing
time, then with our proposal we also satisfy that possible
need that the client demands. It has been decided that its location will be Paseo de los Rosales, in Molina
of Segura. The first reason is obvious, it is located in the center of the city, and a large space where all the infrastructure can be located.
To finalize our justification, it has been considered that the
gym and healthy living is expanding. In recent years there has been
produced a large increase in demand, except for the pandemic year,
